Designed in 1958 by Jacques Adnet (1901-1984) for Robert Salmon director
of the newspaper France-Soir.

A similar desk but with straight tray was realized for the President of the French Republic,
Mr. Vincent Auriol, in 1948, for his office at the Château de Rambouillet.
